About us

The Ardoch Development Trust (ADT) aims to inspire and underwrite community projects and events that promote the improvement of the physical and social environment for the people of the area. Formed in 2007 to disburse funds from the Braes of Doune Windfarm, it has supported a wide variety of causes. These include:

Membership is free and open to all residing within the Braco and Greenloaning area.

As a company with charitable status, the Trust is able to obtain grants from public, private and charitable organisations and is free to raise funds through enterprising projects of benefit to the community.

Trustees

The ADT is governed by an elected board of trustees and is supported by a Scottish Government funded Strengthening Communities Program (SCP) Development Officer.The current trustees and officer are:
